about the project

This young active family with two children were wanting to furnish their home with layers and special details that helped bring it to life. As we worked through the design, we incorporated many existing sentimental antique pieces that help tell a story. The Grandmother was an artist, and as a result, the family inherited a lovely art collection which we catalogued and hung throughout the home. The resulting project is a comfortable and functional home with rich textiles, beautiful millwork, organic silhouettes and a narrative that reflects the client's own sensibilities.
